基于TCD的新一代变压器油溶解气体监测装置的改进

摘 要:因色谱检测器稳定性、脱气单元气密性、脱气单元设计工艺、出峰值数据读取算法等问题,导致色谱单元的稳定性、精确度不高。分析了影响油中溶解气体在线监测装置准确性的因素,主要从提高油的脱气率和简化结构等方面进行系统优化设计,软件采用了面向对象的设计方式和嵌入式WebServer 技术,使系统具有良好的扩展性和重要性,大大提高了装置稳定性、可靠性及精确度,通过实验及现场应用,验证了改进的可行性、有效性。

    Abstract: The stability and accuracy of the chromatographic unit are not high due to problems such as stability of chromatographic detector,air tightness of degassing unit, design process of degassing unit and the peak data reading algorithm. This paper analyzed the factorsaffect the accuracy of the online monitoring device for dissolved gases in oil, the system optimization design is mainly from improving theoil degassing rate and simplifying the structure. The software adopts an object-oriented design method and embedded WebServer technology,which makes the system have good scalability and importance, and greatly improves the stability, reliability and accuracy of the device.Though experiments and field applications, the feasibility and effectiveness of the improvement are verified.
