换流变现场负载试验补偿电容塔设计

    摘 要:介绍了大型变压器负载试验的关键技术及电容补偿原理,以一台500 kV 单相双绕组换流变为例,从试验接线、设备参数选择、补偿容量计算、试验步骤等方面分析了如何在换流站现场电源容量有限的条件下,开展换流变负载温升试验。提出了一种利用换流站已有的交流滤波器,通过更改电容塔接线方式来解决试验电源容量不足的问题,具有很好的工程实际指导意义。

    Abstract: Introduction was made to the key technology of large transformer load test and the principle of capacitance compensation. Taking a 500 kV one-phase duplex winding converter transformer for example, this paper analyzed how to carry out the converter transformer load temperature-rise test under the condition of site limited power capacity in converter transformer station from aspects of test connection, device parameters selection, compensation capacity calculation and test procedure etc. This paper proposed to solve the kind of problem of insufficient test power capacity by using the existing alternating current filter in converter transformer to change the capacitance wiring mode. It has good engineering practice guiding significance.
