大容量抽水蓄能发电电动机转子工地安装技术研究

    摘 要:转子是大容量抽水蓄能水轮发电机组关键部件,是机组安装过程中的重点。围绕大容量抽水蓄能电动机转子特点及装配过程需控制尺寸要求,给出了转子组装工艺流程,分析了现场叠片磁轭形式及刚性叠装磁轭形式两种磁轭结构的安装及磁极挂装的工艺过程,并给出了磁轭加热过程中的注意事项,通过安装要点控制,保证了安装质量。

Research on Rotor Site Installation Technology of Large Capacity

    Abstract: The rotor is the key component of large capacity pumped storage hydro generator unit, and it is the most important part in the process of unit installation. This paper focused on the large capacity pumped storage motor rotor assembly process control characteristics and size requirements, gave the rotor assembly technological process and analyzed two kinds of magnetic yoke structure including the process of installation and field pole hanging garment of site laminated yoke form and rigid yoke mounted overlapping form. This paper gave the matters needing attention in the process of magnetic yoke heating. The control of installation gist ensures the installation quality.
