双馈风电场并网系统中UPFC阻尼控制策略研究

    摘 要:具有电压支撑、功率调节功能的统一潮流控制器(UPFC) 在双馈风电场并网系统中发挥重要作用。基于含有UPFC 的单机无穷大系统数学模型,分析了UPFC对系统阻尼特性的作用,指出UPFC串并联侧注入电压电流和发电机转速偏差正相关能够提高系统阻尼系数,在此基础提出了一种附加转速偏差信号的阻尼控制方法。该策略可实现电力系统稳态时电压和功率严格跟踪参考值,系统受到扰动时可以维持电压和功率在允许范围内波动,同时提高系统的稳定性,增强系统抑制振荡的能力。基于DIgSILENT仿真平台搭建标准三机九节点系统作为等效测试模型,验证了改进的UPFC控制方法的有效性。

Unified Power Flow Controller Damping Control Strategy Research on Doubly Fed Wind Farm Grid-Connected System

    Abstract: The unified power flow controller (UPFC) with the functions of voltage support and power regulation plays an important role in the doubly fed wind farm grid-connected system. Based on a single-machine infinite bus system mathematical model with UPFC, this paper analyzed the effect of UPFC on the damping characteristics of the system. It was pointed that if the injected voltage and current were positively related to speed deviation of generator, The UPFC could improve damping coefficient. On the basis of this, this paper proposed an additional speed deviation signal damping control strategy, which realized the bus voltage and power flow track reference value strictly at the time of stable electrical power system. When the disturbance occurred, the voltage and power fluctuations were kept within the allowable range, the system stability was improved and the ability of suppressing oscillation could be enhanced. Based on the DIgSILENT simulation platform, the standard three-machine nine-node system was set up as the equivalent test model, which verifies the effectiveness of the improved UPFC control method.
