基于绝对法检测变压器套管在线监测技术研究与典型应用

    摘 要:介绍了一种基于绝对法应用于变压器套管在线监测实用技术,阐述了在线监测技术原理,并就现场应用的关键技术提出了具体方案和建议。结合一起变压器套管缺陷实例,通过建立等值电路简化模型,并从理论计算上分析认为由于主变110 kV侧B相套管末屏渗油,渗油支路对在线监测系统测量回路存在分流导致其介损数据出现异常,由此表明该项技术可作为停电预试检测的补充,实时在线监测变压器套管绝缘状况,提高设备安全运行水平。

Research and Typical Application of On-Line Monitoring Technology for Transformer Bushing
Based on Absolute Method Detection

    Abstract: Introduction was made to a kind of on-line monitoring operative technology, based on absolute method detection, applied to the transformer bushing.This paper expounded the principle of on-line monitoring technology and put forward specific plans and suggestions for the key technology of field application.Combining with an example of transformer bushing defect, this paper simplified a equivalent circuit model and theoretically analyzed that the dielectric loss data of on-line monitoring system was abnormal due to the oil leakage from the end shield of B-phase bushing on 11 0 kV side of the main transformer and the diversion of the oil leakage branch to the measuring circuit of the on-line monitoring system, which indicates that the technique can be used as a supplement for preventive testing to carry out real-time online monitoring of transformer bushing insulation, so as to improve the level of equipment safe operation.
