一起中压故障电缆识别的事故分析

    摘 要:针对运维检修人员在配电电缆上操作时可能导致触电、爆炸等严重后果的情况,介绍了一起中压故障电缆识别事故,阐述了停电电缆识别原理及停电电缆识别的接线方法,并从电缆路径探测和电缆识别两方面分析了本次的事故原因。结合实际情况,提出了保障故障电缆正确识别并防止电网安全生产事故发生的几点建议,为电缆识别相关工作的人员提供参考。

Accident Analysis of a Medium Voltage Fault Cable Identification

    Abstract: In view of the situation that operation and maintenance personnel may cause serious consequences such as electric shock and explosion when operating on the power distribution cable. This paper introduces a medium-voltage faulty cable identification accident, expounds the power failure cable identification principle and the wiring method of the power failure cable identification, and analyzes the cause of the accident from two aspects of cable path detection and cable identification. Based on the actual situation, several suggestions are put forward to ensure the correct identification of faulty cables and prevent the occurrence of safety production accidents in the power grid, and provide references for personnel working on cable identification.
