江苏地区陆上风电配套储能系统的经济性研究

    摘 要:以江苏某地区拟建设的陆上风电场为例,围绕配置储能后的风储项目经济效益可行性展开研究,分析了其在新能源补贴退坡及建设配套储能系统下的收益情况,选取项目造价、年有效利用小时数、储能容量配置比例三个关键因素,研究平价上网配套储能的陆上风电项目的资本金内部收益率随三个变量的变化情况,并据此分析出陆上风电的发展前景。

Economic Research on Energy Storage System of Onshore
Wind Power Project in Jiangsu

    Abstract: This paper takes an onshore wind farm planned to be constructed in a certain area of Jiangsu as an example, and studies the feasibility of the economic benefits of wind storage projects after the deployment of energy storage, and analyzes its income under the new energy subsidies and the construction of supporting energy storage system. By selecting the three key factors of project cost, annual effective utilization hours, and energy storage capacity allocation ratio, the change of the capital internal rate of return of onshore wind power projects with parity on-grid supporting energy storage with three variables is studied. Based on this analysis, the development prospects of onshore wind power are obtained.
