基于STC12C5A60S2单片机的RTU硬件系统设计和研发

    摘 要:远程终端单元 (RTU) 主要功能是数据采集、存储和传输,以 STC12C5A60S2 单片机作为主控芯片,设计了一种能够应用于多种环境采集终端的 RTU 硬件系统。给出了 RTU 硬件组成框图,开发了模数转换、存储器、通信、输入输出、电机驱动等相关模块,该系统经测试实现了 RTU 的多路数据采集、通信、驱动控制等功能,解决了早期 RTU 系统功能单一、数据传输效率低、技术开发和可扩展性差等问题,已在许多方面得到了很好应用。

    Abstract: The capital function of the remote terminal unit (RTU) is data acquisition, storage, and transmission. This paper took the STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the master chip and designed an RTU hardware system that could be applied to a multi-environment collection terminal. It proposed a block diagram of the RTU hardware composition and developed related modules such as analog-to-digital conversion, memory, communication, input and output, motor drive, etc. The test result shows that this system realizes many functions of RTU, for example, multi-channel data acquisition, communication, drive control, etc. It could solve problems of the single function, low-level efficiency, poor technical development, and poor scalability in the early RTU system. This system applies in many aspects.
