基于改进模型预测的BLDCM转矩脉动抑制研究

    摘 要:由于电机结构设计和控制方法等因素,无刷直流电机(BLDCM)在运行过程中会产生转矩脉动,引起电机在全速运行时出现抖动。分析了换相转矩脉动产生的原因,结合占空比预测方法提出一种改进的模型预测控制方法,使用占空比预测替代传统的电流环 PI 控制器,并将预测的占空比用于 PWM_ON_PWM 调制波的生成,避免了传统 PI 控制复杂的参数设置,有效减少了部分转矩波动。推导了在换相过程中插入单管调制和三管调制对非换相相电流的抑制作用,并设计了新型代价函数,实现了最优开关状态插入的模型预测控制。在电流预测过程中,提出一种动态反馈修正方法,消除了因电机运行参数变化带来的预测值偏移问题。通过仿真实验验证了所提控制策略在不同转速下对减小换相转矩脉动的有效性,并显著提高了无刷直流电机控制系统的控制性能。

Improved Model Prediction

    Abstract: Due to factors such as the structural design of the motor and control methods, brushless direct current motors (BLDCM) generates torque ripple during operation, causing the motor to vibrate during full-speed operation. In this paper, the causes of commutation torque ripple are analyzed, and an improved model predictive control method is proposed in combination with the duty cycle prediction method, which replaces the traditional current loop PI controller with duty cycle prediction, and uses the predicted duty cycle for the generation of PWM_ON_PWM modulation waves, which avoids the complex parameter settings of the traditional PI control and effectively reduces part of the torque fluctuation. In the process of current prediction, a dynamic feedback correction method is proposed to eliminate the prediction value offset problem caused by changes in motor operating parameters. Finally, simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy in reducing commutation torque ripple at different speeds, and significantly improved the control performance of the brushless DC motor control system.
