充气式开关柜分体式数字化绝缘套管的研制与应用

    摘 要 :作为传统充气式开关柜的核心电能传输部件,绝缘套管存在故障修复困难、缺乏智能化监测等问题。研制了一种分体式数字化绝缘套管,在结构设计层面,采用分体式结构、双密封设计,并集成电子式互感器 ;在性能研究层面,应用有限元分析软件进行机械强度计算与电场仿真优化,同时通过强度、绝缘等型式试验验证,确保其在复杂工况下的稳定性。实际应用表明,该套管可有效降低充气式开关柜的运行维护成本,解决高频电缆故障复电时间长的问题,提升了电力系统运行可靠性和经济性。

Research and Application of Split-Type Digital Insulating Bushing for Gas-Insulated Switchgear

    Abstract: As the core power transmission component in traditional gas-insulated switchgear, insulating bushings face challenges such as difficult fault repair and lack of intelligent monitoring. A split-type digital insulating bushing has been developed. At the structural design level, it adopts a split-type structure with dual sealing and integrates electronic instrument transformers. At the performance research level, it leverages finite element analysis software for mechanical strength calculations and electric field simulation optimization. Concurrently, type tests including strength and insulation verification ensure stability under complex operating conditions. Field applications demonstrate that this bushing effectively reduces operational and maintenance costs for gas-insulated switchgear, resolves prolonged restoration times for high-frequency cable faults, and enhances both operational reliability and economic efficiency of power systems.
