基于Taguchi方法的复合绝缘子用均压环的设计研究

    摘 要:以220 kV 用复合绝缘子模型为依托,通过Ansoft Maxwell 有限元软件计算复合绝缘子电场和电压分布。将Taguchi 优化设计方法应用到均压环设计场合,分析了Taguchi 方法所用的优化参数、优化目标和取值范围,并建立正交表;通过有限元方法求解正交表,得出优化参数对优化目标影响所占的比重,为均压环多参数优化设计提供了选择规律。根据Taguchi 方法分析结果,最终优化后的均压环尺寸使得优化目标满足要求。

Optimal Design of Corona Ring for Composite Insulators Based on Taguchi Method

    Abstract: Based on the 220 kV composite insulator model, this paper calculated the electric intensity and voltage distribution of composite insulators using the software Ansoft Maxwell. The optimum Taguchi method was applied in the corona ring design. This paper analyzed the optimal parameters, the optimal object and their value range, and established the orthogonal matrixes. The finite element method was used to solve the orthogonal matrixes to obtain the proportion of each optimal parameter’s impact on the optimal object, which provided the selection rule for the multi-parameter optimization design of corona ring. The results of Taguchi method show that the size of the optimized corona ring meets the requirements of optimal objects.
