    摘 要:利用超声相控阵对高压输电线路中复合绝缘子内部缺陷的带电检测,分辨率高、检测速度快,为了了解相控阵超声检测复合绝缘子内部缺陷的性能,优化相控阵超声探头参数和扫查方法,利用Field-Ⅱ进行仿真,研究了对相控阵超声探头声场分布,以及复合绝缘子超声相控阵检测中单焦点扫描、动态聚焦扫描、幅度变迹技术对成像质量的影响,根据仿真结果,选取了合适的相控阵探头参数及扫描方式,为超声相控阵仪器的设计提供了依据。

Simulation Study on Ultrasonic Phased Array Detection for Internal Defect of Composite Insulators

    Abstract: Using ultrasonic phased array to detect the internal defect of composite insulators for high voltage transmission line has the characteristics of high resolution and rapid detection. In order to know the detection performance of using ultrasonic phased array to detect the internal defect of composite insulators, and to optimize parameters of ultrasonic phased array probe and scanning methods, this paper used the Field II ultrasound simulation program to study the acoustic field distribution of ultrasonic phased array probe and the effects of single focal point scanning, dynamic focusing scanning and amplitude apodization on the imaging quality in the composite insulator ultrasonic phased array detection. The simulation results show that the selection of suitable phased array probe parameters and scan mode provides basis for the design of ultrasonic phased array instruments.
