基于LabVIEW的断路器脱扣特性检测技术

    摘 要:为了保证断路器脱扣特性试验的输出电流为正弦电流,对该试验方法进行了研究,并提出了一种基于LabVIEW 的虚拟检测技术,以PIC18F4620 单片机为核心的选相装置的设计思路。给出了软硬件设计过程,将设计出的装置应用于断路器的脱扣极限和特性试验,较好地消除了电流中的非周期分量,且实现了具有控制、数据采集、数据处理、波形显示等功能的脱扣特性检测。

Circuit Breaker Tripping Characteristics Detection Technology Based on LabVIEW

    Abstract: In order to ensure that the output current is sinusoidal in circuit breakers tripping characteristics testing, this paper researched the testing method, raised the design idea of LabVIEW virtual detection technology with the microcontroller PIC18F4620 as the core phase selection device and gave the design process of software and hardware. The designed device was applied in the circuit breakers tripping limitation and characteristics testing to nicely eliminate the aperiodic component of currents, realizing the tripping characteristics testing with the functions of control, data acquisition, data processing and waveform display.
